A Boho Wedding Story in Devon


Wow! As a wedding photographer, I was absolutely pinching myself being surrounded by the gorgeous boho colours of Naomi and Aiden's beautiful June wedding. Can we talk about that stunning flower crown from Floren Studio?!


Naomi and Aiden chose to keep their day relaxed and full of personal touches. I spent the morning with Aiden as he got ready near the venue with his son and close family. Aiden looked super stylish in his soft pastel suit from ASOS and his Dad was on hand for much needed help with buttons, thankfully! After a quick drive, we arrived at one of my absolute favourite local venues, Brickhouse Vineyard, nestled in the rolling hills of Devon. Being so close to home in Somerset, it's always a joy to photograph weddings here. The location is a dream for any couple looking for a rustic and romantic setting in the heart of the English countryside, and the food is hard to beat too!


Why Brickhouse Vineyard is a Perfect Wedding Venue in Devon


The Brickhouse is absolutely gorgeous, especially the ceremony room (which turns into an epic dance floor in the evening!). Rustic wood, a lush thatched roof and exposed brickwork went hand in hand with Naomi and Aiden's vision of a day filled with warm, rustic vibes, and the unique circular shape of the room added a special touch to saying "I do" while surrounded by friends and family. If you're dreaming of a Devon countryside wedding in a spot that's filled with charm, Brickhouse Vineyard is hard to beat.


The flowers, crafted by the talented Floren Studio, were so gorgeous and I was blown away by the flower crown that Naomi wore, even if it might have made forehead kisses a little tricky for Aiden! Every detail, from the floral arrangements to the boho décor, was perfectly thought out to match the vineyard, and how amazing is it that the wine served at dinner was from the vineyard itself?!


Boho Wedding Dream Come True


For all the lace lovers out there, Naomi’s dress was a vision. She found her boho dream gown at Gracie Loves Lace, a luxury London bridal boutique, and it was the perfect complement to the relaxed, earthy vibe of the day. When it was time for couples photos, Naomi and Aiden were up for exploring a nearby field which was the perfect cherry on top of an already epic venue. The fields were also the ideal backdrop for their smoke bombs and bridal party shots, blending perfectly with the boho wedding colours and creating a super dreamy end to their wedding photo story.
